Welcome to *The Great Coin Giveaway* (“Giveaway”), an exclusive promotional event hosted by CoinCollecting.com (“Organizer”). By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our [Privacy Policy](https://www.coincollecting.com/privacypolicy).
Eligibility
- Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
- Open to residents of the United States only.
- Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of the Organizer are not eligible to participate.
- Void where prohibited by law.
Entry Methods and Contest Details
Participants may enter the Giveaway by participating in one or more of the following contests:
- Spin to Win
- Entry: Share your personal information, including but not limited to name and email address, which will automatically subscribe you to our newsletter.
- Prize: Random prizes as displayed at the time of entry.
- Limit: 1 entry per person per day.
2. The Lucky Scratch
- Entry: Share your personal information and the personal information (including name and email) of three (3) friends, which will automatically subscribe all individuals to our newsletter.
- Prize: Guaranteed prize for every valid entry.
- Limit: 1 entry per person per day.
3. The Grand Pop
- Entry: Share your personal information and the personal information (including name and email) of five (5) friends, which will automatically subscribe all individuals to our newsletter.
- Prize: Entry into a chance to win the Grand Prize.
- Limit: 1 entry per person per day, up to 5 entries total during the promotional period.

- Grand Prize: Descriptions of Grand Prize are listed on the Giveaway page. Prizes are subject to availability and may vary.
- Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or shipping costs associated with receiving a prize.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for other items unless specifically stated by the Organizer.
Privacy Policy

Participants also affirm that they have obtained permission from the individuals whose information they share during the Giveaway.
Winner Selection and Notification

- Winners must respond within seven (7) days of notification to claim their prize. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.
